DMCA Copyright Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
At Raylakes (operated by MTI Trading), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. While Raylakes is based in Bangladesh and is not itself subject to U.S. law, we voluntarily follow a notice-and-takedown process modeled on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, as a matter of good industry practice.
If you believe that any material hosted on or through our website, services, or platform (collectively, the “Services”) infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
DMCA Notice Requirements
To file a valid takedown notice, please include the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s)).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Chattogram, Bangladesh (consistent with our Terms of Service), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be “repeat infringers” — i.e., users who have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others. This is consistent with Section 13 of our Terms of Service, under which any account receiving three (3) or more copyright, DMCA, or abuse complaints is subject to permanent termination.
Important Notes
- Submitting false or bad-faith claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
- This policy applies to alleged infringements by users or third parties hosted on our platform.
- Raylakes does not adjudicate the substance of any copyright claim — we act only as an intermediary and reserve full discretion over what action, if any, to take.
- This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which governs your use of our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to this DMCA/Copyright Policy and our right to enforce it.
